Corey J. Hopkins

Corey Hopkins is a licensed real estate sales agent and serves as an Associate to Marcus & Millichap’s Orange County office. He joined the firm in 2017 and is a member of its National Retail Group, representing developers and private investors in the sale and acquisition of high-quality, well-located investment properties, primarily net-leased and multi-tenant shopping center assets, throughout the Greater Southern California region. Mr. Hopkins’ clients rely on his steadfast work ethic, first class personalized service, creative deal-structuring capabilities, and in-depth knowledge of the Orange County real estate market. His clientele also benefits from Marcus & Millichap’s vast broker network and infrastructure, which provides them with a full menu of investment services including: 1031 exchange options, free property valuations, market analysis, return on equity analysis, debt and equity structures, sales and rent comparables, new and local exclusive retail listings.

Mr. Hopkins is a graduate of the Chapman University system, earning an MBA in Marketing and BA in Business. He is also an active member of ICSC and Urban Land Institute (ULI) since 2017.
