Colton Traynham

Colton Traynham is an associate at Marcus and Millichap specializing in the sale of multi-family and mixed-use properties in lower Manhattan neighborhoods including Soho, Greenwich Village, and Tribeca.

Prior to joining Marcus and Millichap, Colton graduated from the Pennsylvania State University and had gained experience in the commercial real estate industry at Rhino Realty Group, Inc, a national Retail Leasing and Tenant Representation brokerage firm.

Colton enjoys traveling and has had the pleasure of seeing the world, from walking the Great Wall of China and riding the alpine slide in Germany, to living in Barcelona and paragliding over the Teton Mountains in Jackson Hole. During his spare time, he enjoys staying active, ice hockey and exploring different neighborhoods throughout the five boroughs.
