Claire's CRE career began in 1995 in SE Michigan where she worked as a landlord rep and tenant rep and was primarily focused on office and industrial product. She has represented Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 Companies with their national portfolios and also worked on a GSA leasing team. Claire joined Marcus & Millichap in June 2014 bringing with her valuable experience and relationships. She enjoys the consultative side of the business, assisting clients to achieve their investment goals. As part of the National Office and Industrial Properties Group, Claire recently closed on the acquisition of a 258,900SF industrial property in Ogden, UT.

For over 20 years, Claire has specialized in the office and industrial CRE markets and recently expanded
her business to include investment sales of properties upon arriving at Marcus. She enjoys strategically targeting opportunities throughout the region, as well as the country, for clients and remains focused on utilizing her vast experience and relationships to assist clients in optimizing their investment capital.
In 2003, Claire earned the highly regarded SIOR designation and is serving as Vice President of the MN Chapter in 2017.  Claire has also been very active in MNCAR (MN Commercial Association of Realtors) and MNCREW (MN Commercial Real Estate Women) where she served as Chapter President in 2014.  She served as a Director for the CREW Network Foundation Board in 2015-2016 and will serve as a Director for the CREW Network Board of Directors in 2017 and 2018.  CREW Network now has over 10,000 members in the US, Canada and the UK. 
Ms Roberts was recently honored in Midwest Real Estate News' 2016 Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame for her accomplishments and contributions to the industry.
