Based in the Cincinnati, Ohio office of Marcus & Millichap, Chris Vitori Specializes in net-leased property sales, tax-free 1031 exchanges and sale-leasebacks of commercial investment real estate throughout the Midwest including single tenant retail, medical, office and industrial properties. 
Chris uses his unique experience and education to leverage the Marcus & Millichap national brokerage platform to position client’s properties for timely sales to a vast database of qualified buyers at the highest prices and best terms.  Chris advises private, corporate and institutional clients as well as developers, franchisors and franchisees on growing and preserving wealth through commercial real estate transactions.
Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap in 2010, Chris began his commercial real estate career in leasing with Everest Commercial Real Estate where he was recognized annually from 2007 through 2010 with Cincinnati Commercial Real Estate Council’s Top Producers award – closing over $32 million in transactions.
With a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dayton and an MBA from Xavier University, Chris is a member of the Board of Directors for Access Business Development and Finance, a volunteer with the Executive Service Corps of Cincinnati and past member of the Board of Advisors for Xavier University’s Executive MBA Program.  In addition to dedicating time to his family, Chris enjoys backpacking, fishing, sport-shooting and woodworking.
