Christopher Pappas

Christopher S. Pappas specializes in representing investors in the sale and acquisition of net leased properties across the United States. As a licensed attorney and graduate of Georgetown University Law Center, very few net lease brokers can advise and protect their clients like Chris. Chris has been involved in over $1 billion in transactions over his career and is a member of Marcus & Millichap’s distinguished 7-Figure Club.

Like his clients, Chris is an active real estate investor in NNN and income producing real estate enabling him to understand investment strategy and ownership in a way most of his competitors cannot. Among other accomplishments, he is the author of “The Perfect 1031 Exchange: Properties & Process”, the most comprehensive book available on how to seamlessly perform a 1031 exchange and has been sought after by national real estate publications like GlobeSt.com and National Real Estate Investor for access to his industry leading real time NNN sale data and expert opinion on market trends.

In addition to earning his Juris Doctorate from Georgetown Law, Chris holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland, College Park at which he also studied in the Uni-versity’s Real Estate Development master’s degree program. In his spare time, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and son and helping grow his local Greek Orthodox Church as a member of its Parish Council.
