Christopher Martin specializes in the acquisition and disposition of multi-tenant and single
tenant retail properties in Los Angeles County and is dedicated to the highest level of service and professionalism for his clients in maximizing their commercial real estate investments.

Christopher Martin joined Marcus & Millichap's Los Angeles office as an agent in December 2008. Chris's track record of success includes successfully listing and selling retail
properties in the San Fernando Valley representing both buyers and sellers. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Chris engaged in customized financing solutions for
multi-residential and commercial property investors nationwide at a mortgage brokerage in San Pedro, California.

Chris graduated from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado at Boulder and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
