Chris specializes in the acquisition and disposition of retail shopping centers in California’s Central Valley and net-leased investments nationwide. Chris joined Marcus & Millichap in 2016 after approximately 10 years with local firms with the intent of securing the resources and support needed to offer industry leading service to Central Valley investors. By combining his local market expertise with Marcus & Millichap’s national platform Chris is able to provide the comprehensive information and guidance his clients require to make optimal investment decisions.

On dispositions Chris offers sophisticated underwriting and targeted marketing designed to systematically expose listings to qualified and motivated buyers both locally and nationally. Chris is uniquely positioned to leverage demand from local investors against interest from Marcus & Millichap’s national buyer pool to achieve higher prices and more favorable terms for his sellers.

Chris offers investors and exchange buyers access to Marcus & Millichap’s national inventory of high quality investment assets along with the comparative analysis needed to select the best opportunities. Chris also maintains a list of available development sites and finished pads in the Central Valley to assist developers and retailers with site selection.
