Chris Parker

Overview

Chris Parker joined the Dallas office of Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC) in January 2013. As an associate with MMCC, Mr. Parker is responsible for arranging debt financing for all types of commercial real estate assets, including multifamily, retail, office and industrial, seniors housing, and hospitality properties. Mr. Parker is well connected with national, regional and local funding sources including, but not limited to, agency lenders (e.g. Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac), commercial banks, CMBS lenders, life insurance companies, private and public funds, and bridge lenders.

Prior to joining Mark One, Mr. Parker distinguished himself as an Associate Commercial Loan Officer with BMC Capital. He has also been an Asset Analyst and Client Relations Manager with Berkadia Commercial Mortgage.Mr. Parker is a magna cum laude graduate of the Arizona State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in finance.  As of 2011, Mr. Parker is a holder of the Chartered Realty Investor (CRI) designation.
