Chandler Pace is a member of Marcus & Millichap’s Mid-Atlantic Office and Industrial Team in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. As an office and industrial agent, he exclusively represents buyers and sellers of investment properties throughout the Mid-Atlantic area with an emphasis on the Northern Virginia and Richmond markets. Chandler has more than four and a half years of experience in the real estate industry and is an active member of the ULI and NAIOP.
