Chad is a key member of Marcus & Millichap’s Jacksonville team specializing in multi-tenant retail assets throughout North Florida and the Southeast U.S.  He utilizes over twelve years of commercial real estate experience to exclusively represent and navigate clients through all aspects of the investment process.  His expertise includes asset underwriting, market positioning, portfolio management, cash-flow analysis, acquisitions and dispositions.  Chad combines his skills with Marcus & Millichap’s national platform applying the firm’s cutting edge technology and vast market research to tenaciously pursue his goal to create and preserve wealth for his clients.

Chad began his real estate career soon after graduating from Wittenberg University in 2002.  He joined a national firm where he learned residential and commercial brokerage while establishing and managing his own investment property portfolio.  In 2004, after relocating to Northeast Florida to continue his path in real estate, he shifted his specialty to representing developers in the sale of pre-construction resort communities.  He progressed in this field through 2009 then branched off to pursue his own real estate investment company.  During this time, his efforts encompassed investor representation, acquisitions, project management, and profitable dispositions.  Through the successful execution of this business model, Chad found his true passion within the real estate industry of commercial investment advisory.
