Prior to joining Marcus and Millichap, Carol worked at a real estate acquisition and management firms as a property manager where she managed retail, multi-family, office and industrial properties. Her primary duties included monitoring of expenditures, generating annual budgets and financial reports, and landlord/tenant negotiations as she focused on NOI growth and adding value to assets to facilitate property owners’ operational objectives of maximizing their investment value.

Carol graduated from University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology. Carol enjoys spending time outdoors: camping, scuba diving, rock climbing, and traveling.
