Brendan Powell is a retail investment specialist for Marcus & Millichap. He specializes in the disposition and acquisition of single and mutli-tenant retail properties throughout the Pacific Northwest. Brendan builds long-term relationships with his clients by providing sound and accurate market analysis, as well as a specialized expertise in retail investing.
Brendan began his real estate career working for his family’s business, Powell Development, a retail development firm that develops and constructs grocery anchored shopping centers in the Pacific Northwest. Brendan also spent time working for another commercial brokerage firm, Grubb & Ellis, in Seattle, Washington. Brendan graduated from the University of Oregon with a focus on finance and economics. Brendan’s interests outside of Real Estate include Golf, Snowboarding, Soccer, Tennis, Scuba-Diving and Travel.
