Brad Willson is a Director of Loan Originations with Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC), which over the past five years has produced average annual financings of more than $1.26 billion of commercial real loans; ranking MMCC consistantly as a top loan producer nationally. He is based in the company's Newport Beach office and specializes in financing multifamily, retail, office and industrial properties.Mr. Willson has been working in real estate for 15 years. He began his career with Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Company in 1995 in the broker trainee program, regarded as the industry's leading training program, and obtained his Broker's License in 1997. He was involved in facilitating the sale of $18 million of commercial real estate properties.In 1998 Mr. Willson transitioned to financing real estate and has since closed over 265 loan transactions totaling over $415 million dollars of loan proceeds with MMCC. He has recieved three sales acheivement awards with the company. Mr. Willson has facilitated financing for apartments, retail, office, mobile home parks, self-storage, leasehold investments and single tenant triple net properties.Mr. Willson graduated from the University of Southern California in 1994 where he recieved a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and a minor in Sociology. Since 1997 he has held a State of California Brokers License and is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association.
