Bradley A. Addicks has 22 years of experience in all facets of real estate development including land acquisition and disposition, asset management, development consulting, site development, and construction. While having experience in land suitable for retail, office and industrial, his primary focus over his career has been in land suitable for residential development. This has included everything from large master planned communities, to high density urban in-fill mixed use developments, including for-sale and for-rent product. He is particularly skilled in uncovering often over looked opportunities, mitigating the entitlement process in an efficient manner, determining the most appropriate target market for a community, and positioning and marketing the product accordingly. His professional experience has included working as a land broker, owning and operating an urban in-fill development company, and starting up and managing an infill development division for a large volume home builder in the Atlanta market. He has represented many prestigious clients during his career including Ryland Homes, The Pacific Group, Ashton Woods Homes, D.R. Horton, SunTrust Bank, Bank of America and Wells Fargo. He has been involved in real estate transactions valued at over $200,000,000 throughout his career.
He is a graduate of Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia with a double major in Economics and French. He maintains a real estate license in both Georgia and Florida and is active in both markets. Additionally, he successfully completed the University of Miami, School of Architecture New Urbanism course, and is an Accredited Member of Congress for the New Urbanism.
