Boya Zhang

Boya specializes primarily in the sale of Redevelopment Land and Investment Properties. She has an acute understanding of the Metro Vancouver market as a result of transactional experience in large-scale and complex deals she has completed over the course of her career. Boya’s market intelligence and extreme dedication to client service has led to strong relationships with a wide range of developers, investors, property owners and industry professionals.

Prior to joining the real estate industry, Boya was a proprietor in the import and export of forestry products and building supplies. During this time she enhanced her communication and negotiation skills and gained invaluable international sales experience.

Boya graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Vancouver Island University.
