Overview



Blake is a Senior Associate Member of Marcus & Millichap’s National Retail Group and Special Asset Group since 2006.  He is currently based out of Dallas, Texas and focuses on dispositions for single and multi-tenant retail investments for standard and distressed property situations. Mr. Burnett has been very successful in maximizing the value for his clients with best-in-class marketing solutions and processes. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Blake was a leading Software Sales Executive with Ten Years of Experience with companies such as Oracle and i2 Technologies.  He quickly turned an initial business development role into a Top Account Executive calling on Fortune 500 Companies and accomplishing several sales achievements throughout his career.


Blake holds a Bachelor of Arts from Stephen F. Austin State University in licensed Texas Real Estate
Broker. Mr. Burnett is an active in a number of local charities and associations Habitat for Humanity and also member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
