Overview

Benjamin Silver joined Marcus & Millichap in 2007 as an agent in the Miami office.  Ben currently serves as the Director for the National Office and Industrial Properties Group and specializes in the acquisition, disposition, and exchange of office and industrial properties throughout South Florida.  In the last few years, Ben has closed in excess of $500 million in office building sales and continually demonstrates that he puts his clients in the position to capitalize not only in today’s market, but tomorrows as well. His expertise includes property evaluations, healthcare real estate debt, equity solutions and market research. One of Ben’s distinct advantages is the relationships he has formed with private investors, developers, institutional investors, public REITs, private equity funds, off-shore investors, syndicates, other Marcus & Millichap investment professionals as well as brokers from other national and regional brokerage firms. It is these relationships and his ability to provide his clients with a reliable source of informed research, advisory, and transactional services that distinguish him as one of the most highly regarded professional in South Florida.
