Ben Tashakorian

Overview

Ben Tashakorian leads the Office Industrial Advisory Group in Marcus & Millichap’s San Diego office, specializing in local and national office/industrial transactions. Ben joined Marcus & Millichap in 2002.  In 2015, he was appointed to Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), an exclusive division of Marcus & Millichap. 

Some of Ben’s more notable career sales include closing the 2nd largest transaction in San Diego for all of 2012, as well as setting the county record for price per square foot in a separate sale. In 2015, Ben evaluated more than 60 properties at a combined value of nearly $425,000,000 and nearly 3.5 million square feet of space.  
 
 A First Vice President and a Senior Director with Marcus & Millichap, Ben has personally evaluated more than three billion dollars in assets over his first 14 years with the firm. Ben has over 180 career closings, totaling over $600 million in sales and over 4.7 million square feet of commercial space in 14 different states.
