Austin Sreden

Austin Sreden specializes in multi-tenant retail, single-tenant retail and has worked extensively advising NNN investors as well. Austin graduated from the University of Southern California (USC) with a B.S. in Real Estate Development. Austin’s experience and education provide him with a dense understanding of investors’ perspectives, accurate underwriting, and how to best position his clients. Austin has mastered the 1031 exchange, helping his clients achieve market leading prices and reposition their equity to help achieve their goals.
Austin was born and raised in The Conejo Valley and currently resides in West Los Angeles, spending the entirety of his life within his market area. He is well versed and has a comprehensive understanding of the Southern California market.
