Armond Aivazyan


Armond Aivazyan joined Marcus & Millichap in 2014. Armond assists his clients on the acquisition, disposition, and marketing of net-leased assets. He is currently working with investors nationwide who plan to hold, sell, or refinance their properties.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Armond graduated from the University of California, Riverside where he studied Philosophy. Some courses and focuses of study Armond enjoyed were Business Ethics and Philosophy of Law. Armond was also a senator in student government and has participated in several debate tournaments. At his leisure, Armond enjoys cycling, traveling, and hiking.
