Tony Hardy provides his private clients customized, comprehensive portfolio solutions in the areas of: 1031 Exchange Consultation; Affordable Housing; Conventional Market Rate Apartments.  He offers expert guidance to corporations, financial services firms, trusts and individual commercial real estate investors. Advisory services include: Debt (re)structuring designed to increase levered returns; capital improvements; deal analysis; identifying areas to add value; cash on cash calculations, internal rate of return proforma projections and valuations. An invaluable resource to apartment owners and investors, Tony Hardy has an impressive track record and more than 15 years of experience in the Chicago marketplace.  Tony Hardy has deep roots on the south side of Chicago.  He grew up in Chicago's Englewood community and graduated from Hales Franciscan High School. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Agribusiness Economics from Southern Illinois University and Juris Doctor from Whittier College School of Law.  Tony began his real estate career working with a prominent, south side based real estate and development firm. Since then, Tony has worked with asset managers, fund managers, lenders and national & international real estate investors.

Tony Hardy is a member of the National Multi-Housing Council, the South Side Builders Association and serves on the board of the South Side Community Investors Association.  He is a frequent featured speaker at many real estate events throughout Chicagoland.  Tony Hardy works closely with individual developers and organizations to alleviate economic blight, through a process of “block by block” and “building by building” urban renewal and revitalization of Chicago communities.  His focus is to contribute to the stabilization of these communities by increasing options for quality affordable housing, and jobs through development of new and existing structures.
