Andrew V. Gilbert

Overview

Andrew Gilbert is a Retail specialist in the firm's Boston office. As an Associate and Member of the National Retail Group he exclusively represents buyers and sellers of investment properties with a focus on the areas south and west of Boston. Born and raised in Massachusetts, Andrew graduated from Northeastern University and has prior experience in commercial real estate.    

Andrew partnered with the Richard Drinkwater Retail Group in 2015.  Within the past year the team, headed by Laurie Ann (L.A.) Drinkwater and Seth J. Richard, has closed over $250 million in commercial real estate transactions. 
 
Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Andrew worked at a global telecommunications infrastructure provider negotiating ground lease deals for cell tower sites, capital lease buyouts and long term lease renewals with property owners on behalf of the organization. Andrew spends most of his time outside work with his wife, Lisa, and children Nora and Joey.
