Andrew P. Antoniou

Andrew "Drew" Antoniou is a net lease and retail investment specialist out of the firm's Chicago Oak Brook office. With an exclusive focus on net-lease properties and retail centers, Drew represents an array of clients, buyers and sellers that range from institutional REIT's, private equity investors, build-to-suit developers, high net-worth individuals, family trusts, and 1031 exchange investors. As a member of the National Retail Group and Net Leased Properties Group, Drew leverages his superior product knowledge and market expertise to guide investors through different market cycles and create value for his clients in the short and long term.

Drew graduated from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business with a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship/Corporate Innovation. Drew is also a member of the Indiana University Commercial Real Estate Alumni Group and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
