Alan Lipsky is a Senior Vice President Investments in the Fort Lauderdale Office of Marcus & Millichap. Alan is a Senior Vice President Investments in both the National Retail and Net Lease Properties Divisions of Marcus & Millichap. Alan joined the firm in 2014 and was recognized as "National Rookie of the Year" for outstanding achievement in his first 12 months at Marcus & Millichap.
Mr. Lipsky has a background in investment and mortgage banking and utilizes his expertise in negotiation and strategic thinking to create and preserve wealth for his clients. Mr. Lipsky focuses exclusively on investment property sales, specifically Single-Tenant Net Leased and Multi-Tenant Retail properties and is also an excellent resource for 1031 exchange buyers.
