Overview

Adam Fortino is a multifamily specialist in the firm's Chicago-Oakbrook office.  He effectively manages the acquisition and disposition of commercial investment assets in the Chicagoland area on behalf of high net worth individuals, private equity investors and institutions.

He has an established reputation of exceeding clients’ expectations in the negotiation of market driven transactions as well as complex assignments including large portfolio sales and 1031 Exchanges.  It is with his expertise that Adam is able to combine superior marketing and sales execution to maximize the value of his client's listings. 

Adam is also an Associate Member of the National Multi-Housing Group.  When away from the office, he enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as playing organized sports.
