Mr. Zach Taylor is an expert in the distribution of both distressed and stabilized Retail and Office properties throughout the Southeast. Using a straightforward tenacious approach of targeted marketing and tough negotiating, he has created a proven track record of successful closings. Consistently outperforming expectations, he made a name for himself as one of Marcus & Millichap's top experts in high vacancy opportunistic real estate disposition. He also has had particular success with stabilized Multi-Tenant Grocery and Shadow anchored centers. He has listed, placed under contract, and sold in excess of 1,000,000 square feet of such assets in the Southeast over the last five years.

Mr. Taylor was promoted to Associate in 2005 and Senior Associate in 2008. He has successfully completed assignments from Global Financial Firms such as Merrill Lynch and large Institutions like Jamestown Investment Group; however, it is his relationships with private investors and companies that is the cornerstone of his business.

Mr. Taylor is a third generation Real Estate expert in the Southeast. His Grandfather developed Grocery Anchored and other commercial space in the Carolinas with Nalley Properties. His father, George Taylor, served as the Director of Real Estate for both A&P and Winn Dixie overseeing the development of some 300+ Grocery anchored centers over 30 years. Mr. Taylor got his formal education at Clemson University in South Carolina graduating in 2003.

In an effort to provide his clients with better exposure and expertise in single tenant net leased product, Mr. Taylor has formed a strategic partnership with Marcus and Millichap's Rookie of the Year, Don McMinn. Mr. McMinn assisted the Chris Rea Team with the distribution of over 400 Net Leased Assets and brings unparalleled transactional management and single tenant knowledge to the team.
