With over 20 years of commercial real estate experience, I have handled many different types of transactions. While living and working in Boston, I represented Circle K in New England in disposition of a number of their assets acquired during a merger with another company. Additionally, I have worked with developers to build both retail and multi-family properties.

Now focusing on self storage properties in California, I bring a wide knowledge of financial and practical experience to each transaction. Recently, I have closed self storage properties in Ontario, CA (80,000 s.f.), Carmel Valley, CA (16,000 s.f.) and as part of the listing team closed a large portfolio of 7 self storage properties (570,000 s.f.).
