Scott Pertel – Associate
Scott has been with Marcus & Millichap since 2005 and joined Team Schwab in December of 2006. He will be focusing attention primarily in the sale of development opportunities and office/R&D portfolio projects as well as assisting with property showings and client information dissemination. Scott is a graduate of University of Colorado, Boulder. He is a Board Member of the San Francisco Chapter of NAIOP and the acting NAIOP Membership Chair. He is also a member of the Belden Club and Urban Land Institute. He is a licensed California Real Estate Sales Person.
Jeffrey Ida –Associate
Jeff joined Team Schwab in March of 2007. He assists with sales, market research and analysis. Jeff graduated from San Francisco State University in the spring of 2007 with a BA in Criminal Justice. He is a Member of the San Francisco Chapter of NAIOP and part NAIOP's Membership Committee. He is also a licensed California Real Estate Sales Person. His previous experience is in customer relations, product research, testing, and analysis of business models for a technology company.
Tony Schwab – Associate
Tony joined Team Schwab in September of 2007. He assists with market research and analysis. Tony graduated from San Francisco State University in the fall of 2007 with a BA in History. He is also a licensed California Real Estate Sales Person. His previous experience is in customer relations and product distribution.
All the above individuals are assistants solely to and paid exclusively by Vincent Schwab. They allow Mr. Schwab the time to focus on the most important aspects of the client relationship and marketing process. Their duties and responsibilities may change depending on projects that the team is handling at any given time. The team has gone through considerable cross training to best meet the needs of our clients, the immediate projects at hand and critical time lines.
