Upon graduating from UCSB in 1998, Tom Flanagan began his career with in international film sales. Tom joined Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Brokerage Company as an Investment Associate in 2002.
Tom is an apartment specialist in Pasadena and the surround communities and has personally sold over $80,000,000 worth of Multi-Family property throughout Los Angeles and Ventura County.
He has a reputation for consistently enabling his clients to enhance and preserve their investments, and has forged many long term relationships as a result of his commitment to always do what is best for his clients.
He believes in giving back to the community and is an active participant in various social projects which he supports, including being a member of the Pasadena Tournament of Roses Association.
Tom resides in Pasadena with his wife, Stephanie, and two children, Madeline and Tommy.
