Tanner McGraw began his career in real estate at the age of 22, selling residential property in order to pay for college. After graduating from Louisiana Tech University, Tanner continued his quest for knowledge – moving to Houston to pursue a career in commercial real estate. At Marcus & Millichap, he focused that expertise and energy on the Texas Healthcare Real Estate Investment Sales market and he continues to be one of the most active healthcare real estate experts in the state.
Tanner has been featured in numerous real estate publications for his knowledge in the Healthcare Real Estate arena. He also was privileged to serve as a panelist at Bisnow’s Healthcare Summit, InterFace’s Medical Office Conference, and Realshare’s Medical Office Building Conference. This year Tanner has been honored to serve on the BOMA Medical Office Building 2012’s Inside the Transaction planning committee.
As a member of Marcus & Millichap’s Healthcare Real Estate group, Tanner continues to devise and execute innovative solutions that bring profitable, long-term relationships with clients. He was recently promoted to Senior Associate and earned the firms Sales Recognition Award for outstanding sales in 2011. Additionally, Tanner ranked as the Marcus & Millichap’s #2 Healthcare Real Estate Broker in 2011.
Away from the office, Tanner enjoys spending time with his wife, Jessie, and their two young children, Audrey and Hayes. He is commercial real estate technology junkie and currently resides in west Houston.
