Sonny specializes in the disposition of single tenant net-leased and multi-tenant retail assets throughout the Southeastern United States. Since joining Marcus & Millichap in 2002, Sonny has personally negotiated and closed over $290 million in retail assets in 17 different states through the US. Sonny graduated from Georgia Southern where he earned his BA with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance.
