Seth Barnett works with Marcus & Millichap Affordable Housing Advisors. His focus is working with buyers and sellers of Project-Based Section 8 throughout the Midwest, West Coast, Mountain and Southwest regions. Seth joined Marcus & Millichap in 2006 directly out of Michigan State University where he received his degree in Finance. Since then has participated in the sale of over 4,500 apartment units in 17 states, with an aggregate value over $100,000,000.

Seth is a member of the National Multi-Housing Council (NMHC) and a supporter of the Institute for Responsible Housing Preservation (IRHP) and National Leased Housing Association (NLHA). He is based in the firm’s Detroit office and holds a Michigan real estate license.
