Sean Lefkovits graduated from the University of Wisconsin- Madison with a degree in Economics. He began his career in real estate at the Trump Organization, where he trained under the Executive Vice President and General Counsel. His time spent reviewing contract documents and financial underwriting gave him fundamental experience in valuing acquisitions in the New York real estate market. Shortly after joining Marcus & Millichap, Sean earned the distinction of being "First to Close" – an honor given to new team members who executes a deal in the shortest period of time. One of his most notable transactions includes the sale of a 42 unit elevator building on West 125th Street at over $200,000 per unit. His dedication, professionalism and comprehensive knowledge of investment real estate have allowed him to excel in the Manhattan multi-family market.
While attending Ramaz High School, Sean was elected captain of the soccer team and led his team to a championship. In his spare time, Sean enjoys playing in a competitive weekly soccer league, as well as golfing, playing tennis and listening to live music. An avid reader, he is also proficient in Spanish and Hebrew. Sean grew up in Westchester and currently resides in Soho.
