Scott Plasky joined Marcus & Millichap in 2008 with the National Retail Group and Net-Leased Properties Group. Since 2008, Scott has closed/valued $300 Million worth of retail properties. He has represented a diverse range of clients, including private investors, large real estate families, lenders and private equity funds.

His 2010 highlights include closing over $18 Million worth of Walgreens properties in Staten Island, NY, as well as closing on net-leased transactions with tenants such as BB&T Bank, PNC Bank, Pep Boys, and Family Dollar. Since joining Marcus & Millichap, Scott has listed and sold more retail properties in the Metro New York area than any other agent within the firm. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Scott was the Founder and Principal Owner of Velocity Sports Performance, a Manhattan-based athletic performance training center. Scott grew Velocity from a single client in 2004, into a high-level sports performance training center that, since its founding in 2004, has trained over 4,000 people, and 200 NFL players.

Scott graduated from New York University’s Stern School of Business with a BA in Finance. While at NYU, Scott was a member of the Men’s Basketball Team.
