Scott Niedergang joined Marcus & Millichap in 2007, and after eighteen months in the Sales Intern Program, transitioned into brokerage as an Associate in the firm’s National Healthcare Real Estate Group. He was promoted to Senior Associate in April of 2012.

Scott’s sole focus is advising healthcare real estate investors on the valuation and monetization of assets nationwide including single property and portfolio dispositions. He has represented and maintains relationships with a national network of medical office developers, real estate investment trusts, physicians, family trusts and private investors. As of January 1st, 2012, he has personally closed over thirty-five transactions in fourteen states. His portfolio of transactions includes ambulatory surgery centers, dialysis clinics, hospitals, and U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs clinics.

Niedergang maximizes value for his clients through Marcus & Millichap’s national market coverage and the firm’s unique culture of information sharing among its agents. The combination of Scott's market expertise, track record of successfully closing medical office transactions, and the firm's national platform enables him to match buyers and sellers effectively and add-value by moving capital across geographic regions and product types.

Scott received his Bachelor of Science degree in finance from the University of Arizona in Tucson, AZ.
