Sanford Burstyn joined Marcus & Millichap in 1995 and works in the Phoenix office. He currently is Vice President of Investments and is a Director in the National Retail Group (NRG) where he brokers Shopping Centers and Single Tenant retail properties. He has been with Marcus & Millichap over 16 years and in the real estate business almost 30 years. Through his years he has numerous awards and distinctions including but not limited to, membership to the Seven-Figure Club in 2002 and in 2009 ranked as the #3 Shopping Center Agent company-wide.

By implementing his brokerage transactional skills he is able to assist owners in accomplishing their objectives of time, money, confidentiality and finality by shepherding deals from the initial marketing through the end of a successful escrow.
