Ryan comes from a strong finance and investment background, which aids his real estate brokerage skills. He is a member of Kevin King's team, where he is responsible for providing clients with the latest information and research in their specific markets, as well as handling various client services when the need arises, such as marketing, underwriting and the negotiation of transactions. Ryan keeps constant communication with an extensive database of over 3,000 principles in his market area. Prior to coming to Marcus & Millichap, he worked in sales for several years, and has also previously worked for other commercial real estate investment firms.

Ryan is a member of the National Multi Housing group. He graduated with a Finance and Marketing Business degree from Chapman University in Orange, California, and also holds a real estate license in California.
