DHB Sacramento Plaza LLC purchased the office building at 6929 Sunrise Blvd. in Citrus Heights, CA, from D Note 3056 LLC. The two-story, multi-tenant property was built in 1983 and renovated in 1990. It totals 44,294 square feet and is on 2 acres. At the time of purchase the building was only 36 percent occupied and suffered from deferred maintenance. Moroz also represented another seller in the $4.55 million sale of 400 Plumas Blvd (a multi-tenant medical office building building in Yuba City) last November, along with Alex Kozakov and Patrick Wade.
