Ronnie S. Issenberg has been working in the Investment Real Estate Community since 1988 managing his porfolio of Multi-Family properites and since 2005 has been a member of the National Retail & Land Groups of Marcus & Millichap, specializing in brokerage of Single Tenant Retail and Full Service Assets.
Prior to his affiliation with Marcus & Millichap, Ronnie directed a sales force for SYSCO Food Services and owned and operated a mid-sized plant nursery in Homestead, Fl.
He is active with the Urban Land Institute, Builder's Association of South Florida, International Council of Shopping Centers and the Florida Petroleum Marketers & Convenience Store Association.
Currently holds the position in his firm as the “National Top 25 Agent for Retail & Net Leased Investment Sales”
