Ron Adams has over 22 years of experience in commercial real
estate. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Ron owned a commercial real
estate brokerage and consulting firm covering the full spectrum of the real
estate development and investment industry, such as real estate acquisition,
entitlement, development, marketing/disposition and sale/leasebacks.
During his tenure with Marcus & Millichap, Ron has specialized in the
retail sector, including the acquisition and disposition of multi-tenant and
single tenant net leased properties. His knowledge of the development process
provides a unique perspective for the benefit of his clients, which include
corporations, private clients/equity groups, developers, builders, and
franchisors/franchisees.
Ron's extensive experience in real estate development has also allowed him to
be the "go-to" associate for site selection for buyers. Over the years, Ron has sold real estate and
conducted site searches for various national clients. Ron's previous experience as an Acquisition
Manager for a national developer/investor makes him the person to contact if you are interested in selling or looking for the perfect real estate investment.
