Bob along with his team opened the Boston office for the firm in 2007 and has been the key contributor to the firms expansion in New England. The Horvath & Tremblay Team are experienced real estate investment advisors exclusively representing many private investors, developers and institutions in the sale of single tenant and multi tenant retail assets throughout the United States. Bob has been recognized as one of the firm's top retail agents and has consistently been the top retail agent in New England for the past five years. Bob holds his MBA in Finance from Clemson University and his BA in Finance from Lynchburg College. For the past 19 years, Bob has been an active owner and manager of assets in New England. Bob currently resides in Fairfield, CT and Marblehead, MA.
