Andy Glinski

Andy Glinski serves as the Associate Director and Partner of Marcus & Millichap's Special Assets Group. He is currently based in Denver where he runs a national platform that incorporates sales agents from around the country. Mr. Glinski provides expertise in distressed properties and guides Marcus & Millichap's research, mortgage broker and sales agent teams to ensure a comprehensive solution for all properties. Andy's previous experience with distressed and bankrupt commercial properties resulted in the successful closing of over $200 million of transaction volume in bankruptcy transactions. Andy holds a BS from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Juris doctorate/MBA from Willamette University. Mr. Glinski is a licensed attorney and real estate broker in Colorado.

Mr. Glinski actively participates in a number of associations including the American Bankruptcy Institute, the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Turnaround Management Association. Andy has most recently spoken at the Distressed Real Estate Summit West Conference.
