Preet Sabharwal is an associate of Marcus & Millichap’s National Retail Group in the Manhattan Office. In the past twelve months, he has underwritten and listed over $250,000,000 in retail assets in the country including single tenant net leased assets, anchored shopping centers, and strip malls. His market knowledge and underwriting experience has provided guidance to a number of leading national retail developers and owners in terms of retail rents, demographic analysis, and property evaluations in terms of cap rates, price per square foot, and future upside possibilities.
Preet received his bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Economics from Hunter College in New York. He enjoys reading, playing basketball, and golf in his leisure time.
