Philip joined Marcus & Millichap in 2009. He focuses on Multi-Family assets in San Mateo County, Bay Area.

Philip is a second generation San Francisco native. He graduated from San Diego State University in 2008, earning his Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Communicative Studies and a minor in Political Science. At San Diego State, he was a Founder and General Partner of "Montezuma Money Management" a group of eighteen students who funded and co-managed an investment partnership dealing in securities analysis and portfolio management. Philip was also an active member of the Finance and Investment Society in 2007-2008.

Philip is an active member of Marcus and Millichap's National Multi-Housing Group, and the NAIOP, San Francisco Bay Area Chapter. He is an avid reader, sports enthusiast and enjoys his daily exercise at San Francisco's Olympic Club.
