Paul Darrow joined Marcus and Millichap in 2005 and is currently an associate on the Ron Harris Team. Within the team, Mr. Darrow focuses on the marketing and disposition of multi-family assets and development sites in Southern California. He has been a top-ten agent within Marcus & Millichap's Downtown Los Angeles Office for the last two years and has been featured on multiple occasions in Globest.com and National Real Estate Investor Magazine. Since 2008, the Ron Harris Team has closed over $2 billion worth of multi-family product making it one of the performing team in Southern California.

Prior to joining Marcus and Millichap, Mr. Darrow worked for Bovis Lend Lease, a real estate consulting firm that provided construction management services to a wide variety of entities including the City of Los Angeles, Lennar, Fifield Companies, and the Trump Organization. As a result of his tenure with Bovis Lend Lease and extensive transactional experience at Marcus & Millichap, Paul Darrow offers clients advanced knowledge of development and construction processes which allow him to successfully represent their interests during complex deal negotiations.
