Jeffrey A. Griffith has been a commercial investment real estate professional for over 30 years. With broad product knowledge in most areas of specialization, Mr. Griffith's past experiences include real estate development, management, leasing and brokerage of virtually all types of income-producing properties. Mr. Griffith has been associated with Marcus & Millichap's Tampa office for over ten years. Additional experience includes; President of Capital Management Resources, Inc. (CMR), a Tampa Bay management and leasing company with over a 1.2 million square foot portfolio of premier office, industrial, and retail space. Prior to CMR, Mr. Griffith was president and broker of record for American Techtronic's of Florida, Inc., a development and management company based in Cincinnati, Ohio, with over 1.5 million square feet of office, industrial and retail properties.
