Landy joined Marcus & Millichap in 2011, after leading several boutique real estate operations over the course of a 30-year career involving the sale, investment and ownership of high-end commercial and residential properties. Mr. Toledo has a proven track record in acquisition, value enhancement and disposition of high valued assets. He has initiated, advised on, and executed transactions in the South Florida area with an aggregate valuation in excess of $1 Billion.

Landy’s long-term relationship with a diverse group of private and institutional clients, and his impeccable attention to detail have elevated him to one of the Miami offices top agents. He is extremely experienced in negotiations with sophisticated, high-net- worth private investors and corporate clients requiring thorough diligence.
