Nolan is a multi family specialist in the firm's Long Beach office. As an associate, he works with buyers and sellers of investment properties throughout the South Bay area. As a member of a family that's been in the real estate industry for three generations, Nolan is well-versed in both the residential and commercial sides of the industry.

Nolan began his college career at Western Michigan University, where he played NCAA Hockey. He transitioned to Iowa State University in his senior year, where he continued to play NCAA Hockey, and was awarded the honor of Defensive Player of the Year. Post-college, he transitioned to semi-pro hockey and eventually to the professional leagues, where he played for three years. During this time, Nolan also worked on and off as an acquisition specialist with the family business, making the decision to transition back to the business fully in 2004.

Nolan is a member of the National Multi Housing Group. He graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelors Degree in Business Marketing and Management and also holds a real estate license in California.
