Nicholas J. Manganais started in Real Estate in 1985 as a licensed sales person and received his Broker’s license, along with completing all CCIM course requirements, in 1987. He joined Marcus & Millichap in the later part of 1996 with emphasis on the sale of Multi–Family and Land Properties.

Prior to entering the Real Estate Industry, he worked for major corporations such as AVCO Corporation and United Parcel Service as a Project Construction Manager on multiple projects spread across the eastern and midwestern part of the United States and overseas.

Nicholas has developed strong relationships with a diverse field of clients from major home builders, commercial retail developers, major asset owners and private owners of real estate.

Nicholas graduated from Lowell Technological Insitute (now known as University of Massachusetts –Lowell ) with a degree in Engineering.
