Nick Fluellen joined Marcus & Millichap in 2004 and focuses exclusively on the disposition of multi-family property. Since that time he has successfully closed more than 90 transactions totaling more than $350 million in value. In 2008, he was the top producer in the Dallas office, and was the top apartment agent in the state of Texas. He also received a National Achievement Award, after receiving Sales Achievement Awards in 2007 and 2006. Recently, Nick was named a "Heavy Hitter" by the Dallas Business Journal and a "Rising Star" by REDNews, two of the highest honors in the Dallas real estate community.

In 2007, Nick earned his CCIM designation, a difficult accomplishment that demonstrates his commitment to education.

Not only is Nick an accomplished agent, he also is an owner/operator of three multi-family properties, totaling 144 units. These perspectives have given him a unique understanding of the complexities of buying, selling and owning real estate.
